Panini's Bar and Grill opened its first restaurant in May of 1986. It all started in the heart of Cleveland ... the Flats Entertainment District. Since then, Panini's has grown from a single location, late-night beer and sandwich stop to a full-menu, casual dining restaurant with locations all over Northeast Ohio. As the firm continues to expand, we're always mindful of our roots in Cleveland. We'll always be a Cleveland Company and we're proud of that.
With a relaxed atmosphere and a reputation for excellent food at a remarkable value, Panini's has cultivated a local and national following. We're known for our Famous Overstuffed Sandwich and our Panini's Pizza, but we've got an entire line of menu items that are developing their own following.
We offer a variety of appetizers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, and other specialties that our customers recognize for their quality and value. But, it's really the combination of a strong menu and an excellent staff that brings everything together. We've got legions of devoted customers that come to us for lunch, dinner, and late-night fun.
